Tue 24th Mar 2026 - 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Discover the remarkable story of the peregrine falcons at Taunton Minster.
Taunton Minster is delighted to host a special illustrated talk by Robin Morrison, exploring the Taunton Minster Peregrine Project and the extraordinary lives of the peregrine falcons that have made the Minster tower their home.
This talk will offer insight into how peregrines have adapted to life in the heart of the town, their behaviour during the breeding season, and the work involved in monitoring and protecting these magnificent birds. Robin will also reflect on what the presence of peregrines tells us about urban wildlife, conservation, and the shared spaces between nature and historic buildings.
Whether you are a keen birdwatcher, interested in conservation, or simply curious about the wildlife living above the streets of Taunton, this talk promises to be both informative and engaging.
