Adrian Prior-Sankey MBE
Adrian is the coordinator of Taunton Street Pastors and a trainer and regional representative of the parent body, The Ascension Trust.
He was awarded an MBE in the 2018 Queen’s New Year’s Honours List and was installed as a Prebendary of Wells Cathedral in 2023. He has a portfolio of chaplaincy appointments – Avon and Somerset Constabulary; Royal Navy Reserve (Sea Cadets) District Chaplain for Somerset and Dorset and Unit Chaplain for Taunton Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets; The United Kingdom Hydrographic Office; The Poppy of Honour and The Taunton Branch of The Royal British Legion.
He leads the team of chaplains who serve under the auspices of Taunton Team Chaplaincy delivering chaplaincy in public spaces, care homes, offices, retail, cadet forces, the railway and among the marginalised.
