The tower contains 15 bells cast in 2016 by John Taylor and Co of Loughborough. 13 are hung for full circle ringing by the bell ringers, with the remaining two providing extra notes for the musical chime (aka the carillon). The latter strikes the hour and quarters and plays tunes at 9, 12, 3 and 6 each day. The heaviest bell weighs 27.5cwt and has a note of D.

The bellringers are aged from 10 to over 80 and ring on Sundays from 9.15am to 10.00am. We practise on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm. (Enter by the side door on the north side, which is open between 7.30pm and 7.40pm). We are always very pleased to welcome visitors and enquiries from anybody wanting to learn to ring.
