The Minster’s popular mid-afternoon concert series continues and is followed by afternoon tea and sumptuous cakes in the Minster’s coffee shop
Admission is free, with a retiring collection to include the afternoon tea feast and to defray costs.
Charlotte Stus has served as principle solo clarinet in the Royal Marines Band Service for 20 years. Charlotte is currently based at the Commando Training Centre in Exmouth, has qualifications in performance, conducting and arranging and is qualified as a Trinity Music Educator (CME).
Andrew Carter received his musical education at the Junior Department of the Royal College of Music, and holds diplomas from that College, the Royal Academy of Music, and the Royal College of Organists. During a career as a language teacher, a member of the Diplomatic Service, and Warden of St George’s House, Windsor Castle, he maintained his enthusiasm for music and was a frequent performer and conductor in this country as well as in numerous European venues ranging from Moscow to Gibraltar. In retirement in Somerset, he is still very active musically.
