Service Details

Description of Services
8.00am Holy Communion (St Andrew’s Chapel)
A 35 minute said service with sermon, according to the Book of Common Prayer.
10.00am Family Worship with Communion or Holy Baptism (first Sunday of the month)
A light informal service for families and children, with Communion/Baptisms.
10.00am Holy Communion – Common Worship (all other Sundays)
The principal Minster service.
5.00pm (1st Sunday) Choral Evensong (BCP)
A service with selected choral items and choir.
5.00pm (2nd Sunday) Refresh!
A 45-minute service, informal service with a monthly theme. Often with a small worship group and visual aids.
5.00pm (3rd Sunday) Evening Prayer (BCP)
A spoken service with organ, hymns and a sermon.
5:00pm (4th Sunday) Prayers for Peace
A said service focussed on praying for world peace.
5:00pm (5th Sunday) Compline
A reflective service at the end of the day (Contemporary language).
11:00am Thursday Weekday Communion
A 30-minute said Communion service.
